Adolphus

The 1912 Beaux Arts building, built by beer baron Adolphus Busch, is an elegant Dallas landmark. Not only is the Adolphus home to the French Room, which is available for private parties when the restaurant is normally closed, it has a nice-sized ballroom for parties up to 400 for dinner and several other smaller rooms. The size of the ballroom, plus its lobby area, makes the ballroom a popular choice for wedding and smaller non-profits. Chef Marcus Strietzel has been elevated to the hotel's Executive Chef role.

Fairmont Hotel

Part of the San Francisco-based chain, the Fairmont's Regency Ballroom continues to be a popular destination for large charity and social events. Happy memories are all around for the many occasions, such a debutante presentations and charity balls, that have been held in the grand Regency Ballroom. Many smaller rooms are perfect in size for luncheons and bar and bat mitzvahs.
