A culinary vacation is the operative here. What is more fun, coupled with culinary inspiration, than to spend a week in the Dordogne to learn about food. This means learning by way of truffle hunts and shopping at local farmers' markets, followed by classes with guest chefs, such as Dallas' own Paula Lambert. Paula is the Pied Piper for many Dallas visitors through the recent years, but rumor has it that 2011 may be the last year of Paula's culinary tutelege.
