Each month, we will be emailing a newsletter with a topic relevant to entertaining and to the season. We are anxious for your input, whether for a new source, an opinion or criticism. We will soon be starting occasional bi-monthly coverage of a "fete" or a "destination celebration." We will cover food-related events, be it a private dinner at home or an event that showcases the food and entertaining talent in the Dallas area. A "destination celebration" may be that weekend trip to observe a special anniversary or other occasion, or even a trip to a cooking school or vineyard tour to educate your techniques and palates.
